Returns + Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with our products. However, please feel free to return your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To make your return easy, please see the following information regarding returns or exchanges. 

  •  Returns

The gift cards are not eligible for a refund. Sale items and Jewelry are FINAL SALE .The items must be unwashed and unworn, in original condition with the hangtags still attached with a valid invoice or receipt. It should also be in the original packaging. Please understand the shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not cover the cost of returns. 

Please note that all purchases made from December 25th to 27th during our Boxing Day promotion are FINAL SALE. 

  - Returns by Shipping

Please contact us at hello@sylvieandshimmy.com within 7 days of receiving your goods, and we will create your return profile and you can return your items within 30 days from the shipping date or the date the order is ready to pick up.

Once your return is received and inspected, if the items are returned in their original condition and within the return period, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

We recommend that you send your items back with a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in order to process your return request as fast as possible. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns. 

- Drop off for Returns

Please contact us at hello@sylvieandshimmy.com within 7 days of receiving your goods, and you can drop off your items within 30 days of the shipping date or the date the order is ready to pick up during our curbside pick up hours.   

Drop off return location is 1640 Queen West Toronto, Ontario, M6R 1B2 

  • Exchanges

We do not offer any exchanges at this time. If you received items that are defective or damaged, we will offer a free exchange or a prepaid return. Please contact us at hello@sylvieandshimmy.com with a photo of the defective or damaged items as soon as possible.
