Returns + Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with our products. However, please feel free to return your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To make your return easy, please see the following information regarding returns or exchanges. 

  •  Returns

The gift cards are not eligible for refund. Sale items and Jewelry are FINAL SALE but any items with special promo code are eligible to return. The items must be unwashed and unworn, in original condition with the hang tags still attached with a valid invoice or receipt. It should also be in the original packaging. Please understand the shipping costs are non- refundable and we do not cover the cost of returns.


  - Returns by Shipping

Please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your goods, and we will create your return profile and you can return your items within 21 days of delivery. 

Once your return is received and inspected, if the items are returned in their original condition and within the return period, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

We recommend that you send your items back with a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in order to process your return request as fast as possible. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.


- Drop off for Returns

Please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will arrange the time for you to drop off your returns at our shop to comply with social distancing

  • Exchanges

We do not take any exchanges at this time except size or colour exchanges of the same item, if available. If you received items which are defective or damaged, we will offer a free exchange. Please contact us at to check exchange availability.
